## What he does

Izaac designs and delivers production LLM systems — multi-agent architectures, retrieval
pipelines, evaluation, observability, and access-control layers. He is currently focused on
fintech AI acceleration projects and initiatives. Python with FastAPI and Django, TypeScript
with React and Next.js, on AWS and Azure.

Recent work: an agentic business-intelligence platform at Hg Capital, including an AI
assistant reaching 26 million end clients across 60+ brands; a 1M-users-per-day customer
portal rebuild and an LLM talent-acquisition platform at Relay; an LLM document-parsing
pipeline at YunoJuno; an enterprise spoken-English assessment service at British Council.

## Currently

Principal AI Engineer at Hg Capital (Catalyst AI Incubator), from January 2026. Available
for contract engagements.
